They are seeking a 1st Line Support Engineer to provide onsite dedicated support for one of their key clients in London.
The 1st Line Support Engineer will benefit from working within an expanding managed service provider and the position will act as a great stepping stone for a successful career for an eager IT professional.
Essential Requirements of the 1st Line Support Engineer:
- 6 months to 1 years’ experience in an IT support capacity
- Experience in Windows technologies, Active directory and M365 administration
- Possess strong IT skills with a keen interest in technology.
- Excellent communication abilities and able to provide a VIP service
