As the D2B Rewards Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in both Direct Sales and Lead Generation, driving the development, administration, and promotion of gamification/rewards platform to boost sales performance.
Key Actions
1. Develop a roadmap for gamification, covering both ongoing and ad hoc initiatives
2. Maintain a strong relationship with our gamification/rewards platform partner
3. Define success criteria for the gamification/rewards platform and set up tracking measures
