As we continue to grow, we are seeking an ambitious and highly driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal to the success of our sales strategy, focusing on building a strong pipeline, nurturing prospects, and driving new business opportunities.
The Role:
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of Talenscio by focusing on generating leads, building relationships, and converting these opportunities into successful sales across the UK and N. American markets. You will be responsible for engaging with senior HR decision-makers and understanding their unique challenges to provide tailored solutions using our cutting-edge platform.
This is a new business role where you will be required to perform prospect outreach via phone calls, emails, site meetings, attending industry related events and social selling.
This role demands someone with a proactive mindset and a proven track record in SaaS sales, particularly in the HR tech space. Your goal is to grow the business by creating and nurturing high-value opportunities and ensuring the platform continues to meet the evolving needs of HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Generation & Sales Development: Proactively identify, research, and engage with potential clients in the HR and recruitment sectors.
* Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with HR decision-makers, talent acquisition leaders, and other key stakeholders within target organisations.
* Consultative Sales Process: Conduct in-depth discovery calls and presentations to understand each prospect’s specific requirements.
* Sales Pipeline & Reporting: Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless transition for the client to the onboarding team.
* Collaboration with Marketing & Product Teams: Work closely with the marketing team to align on messaging, strategies, and campaigns that will drive inbound leads.
Key Requirements:
* Experience & Success in SaaS Sales: Proven track record in business development or sales roles, particularly within the HR tech space or SaaS industry.
* Deep Understanding of HR Tech & Recruitment: Strong knowledge of HR processes, challenges, and the recruitment landscape. Ideally you will have experience of the graduate and early careers markets, those companies who recruit graduates on annual basis and high-volume recruiters.
* Sales Skills & Commercial Acumen: Excellent consultative sales skills with the ability to build trust and engage stakeholders.
* Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
* Knowledge of US Market
