IT Service Desk Analyst – Leeds

D R Newitt are working with a food manufacturer to recruit a Service Desk Analyst. The company has a rich history in the UK and is home to some of the biggest brands.
Role & responsibilities
• Providing First Line Support and delivering exceptional customer service across all company sites
• Effectively resolve and manages issues, whilst demonstrating IT acumen
•Delivers triage services to effectively prioritise business issues
• Build relationships with key business stakeholders and drives service engagement across the business.
