My client, a luxury hotel in west Sussex, is currently looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join their team.
The hotel has a very popular restaurant which serves Modern British cuisine using fresh and locally sourced ingredients on their ever changing seasonal menu. They also have their own kitchen garden where they produce certain herbs and vegetables.
The ideal candidate will come from a hotel background, be a good communicator and motivator and be comfortable training and developing the junior chefs.
The basic salary for the Senior Sous Chef is £38,000.
48 hour contract
