Chroma are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to join a small MSP based in South Manchester. Offering up to £28K per annum this is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual, with a can-do attitude, to join their close-knit team.
The company themselves are Microsoft partnered Managed Service Provider who aim to provide a direct and outcomes focused service to their customers. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be joining a small Service Desk Team with to provide ongoing support and technical assistance to end-users and support with solution implementations.
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for a wide range of day-to-day tasks at 1st/2nd line level including:
Providing technical support and assistance to end-users regarding Microsoft 365 and Azure.
Providing technical support and assistance to end-users regarding Windows Server, Windows 10/11 Client and Mac Operating Systems, hardware, and network-related issues.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems in a timely manner
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
Respond to help desk tickets and provide remote support to users
Document and track all support activities in the ticketing system.
Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
Provide guidance to users on software applications
Service Desk Analyst Essential Skills/Experience:
Minimum 6 months’ experience in similar role
Commercial experience with M365
Commercial experience with Windows and Mac Operating systemsService Desk Analyst Desirable Skills/Experience:
Networking experience
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional
Experience working with Intune
