Consortium are pleased to be partnering with a well established business who are looking for a credible and experienced HR Generalist in a brand new critical role. Working closely with Senior Managers to advise, support and lead on all HR matters including recruitment, employee relations, performance, engagement, policy and process, training and projects. This is a hands on varied opportunity that would suit someone ready for the next step. The role:
* Lead the recruitment of all roles in the business
* Building relationships with internal and external partners
* Provide day to day advice to line managers on all ER
* Coordinate responses to disciplinary and grievance matters
* Review and develop innovative employee engagement activities
* Drive and implement the company employment survey and collate all results
* Manage the appraisal process
* Source and organise training utilising the apprenticeship levy
* Ensure all key HR Metrics are updated
* Work alongside the SLT to build a performance through culture
* Support on wider HR projects
The Candidate:
1. A generalist candidate with at least 3 years experience as an advisor
2. Experience managing employee relations caseload
3. A proven background in HR providing advice and support
