European Sales Executive
OTE Uncapped Commission
38 hours per week, paid lunch break

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive for our client in Penkridge. You will be liaising with European clients so you must be able to speak either Italian, German, or French fluently.
A full UK driving license and access to your own car is required due to location of site.
Duties of Sales Executive:
1. Cold calling potential new clients.
2. Meet individual sales targets set by the company on a monthly, quarterly, yearly basis.
3. Research new prospects to build, maintain and grow an individual client base to generate a consistent pipeline of inquiries.
4. Daily contact with regular accounts and building key customer relationships.
5. Identifying the customer’s needs by effectively questioning their requirements in order to match these with products and services available.
6. Social media activity to generate incoming interest.
7. Daily management of your own CRM database.
Experience required for Sales Executive:
8. A passion for sales.
9. Self-motivated and target-driven.
10. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
11. Highly organised with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
12. Excellent communication.
13. Ability to work under pressure.
