Robert Half have been exclusively retained to partner Portman Financial Group as they seek out a new Head of Talent to join their team. This is a newly created position that will partner with the COO and rest of the SLT to build out a new talent function with the sole purpose of headhunting the best talent in the market.
Portman, which is has appeared in several of the 'fastest growing business' lists in both the UK and Europe in the last 12-24 months, prides itself in hiring the best there is, and attributes this to its ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Effectively managing the recruitment cycle for all vacancies across the business.
2. Directly sourcing candidates for a range of positions, from executive level hires to junior graduate trainees.
3. Liaising with senior stakeholders in the business to identify recruitment needs and support throughout each stage of the process.
4. Building effective relationships with recruitment agencies to assist with the identification of suitable candidates for roles.
5. Confidence and ability to effectively negotiate payment terms and rebate terms with external recruitment agencies.
6. Interviewing and communicating with candidates, as well drafting job descriptions and other media to support recruitment efforts.
