Office Angels are working with a fabulous company located close to the town centre, A market leader within cleaning and hygiene are seeking an export and customer service specialist to join there ever growing team on a permanent basis.
Salary: £25,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm - Hybrid working

The main day to day responsibilities:
* Working within the UK/Export team and external field sales team
* Retain, develop, and grow new and existing customers
* Regular pro-active phone and email contact to Existing and new customers.
* Identify product opportunities with customers (new & existing) and manage proposals to gain business.
* Process/track customer orders.
* Complete/track new account set up procedure for new customers.
* Input new prospect data (web leads/exhibition leads) into the CRM
* Utilise product literature/adverts/videos and offers featuring company products to generate sales with allocated customers.
* Regularly record/update customer information including contact data/emails onto generic customer operating system
