Sous Chef - West Sussex - 35k
DAYTIME ONLY
40 hours per week, daytime only, working 5 days out of 7 per week including weekends.
Are you fed up of working long hours and late nights? Are you a Sous Chef with strong cafe/restaurant experience?
My client is a contract caterer and they are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to be based at one of their venues in West Sussex.
I am looking for a Sous Chef who has the following:
* Experience at a Sous Chef level
* Able to supervise a BOH team
* The ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Strong understanding of food, allergens and health & safety
* A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce
All candidates applying for this Sous Chef role must have been in a Sous Chef position within the last year.
