Service Desk Analyst - £27,000 to £32,000 - Amersham
I am currently partnered with a UK retail company, based in Amersham. We are looking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst to join their head office. This role will offer the successful candidate a greater understanding of the retail industry and give them exposure the organisations busy IT service.
Service Desk Analyst will deliver high-quality, timely support services to the company’s warehouse, office, and stores.
The Service Desk Analyst will be onsite Monday to Friday and be required to work shift work between 7:30 – 18:00.
Responsibility of the Service Desk Analyst:
- Test, build and configure hardware across the organisation.
- Provide assistance to 250 computer system users.
- Incident trend analysis to resolve continuous problems and drive IT improvements.
- Understand user needs and suggest suitable software and hardware.
Requirements of the Service Desk Analyst:
