About the Role
The Head of Talent Development will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering our CHEC Academy.
We are looking for someone to build external relationships with a range of educational establishments, universities, colleges, government bodies, and community partners to address and promote educational opportunities at CHEC.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of the talent agenda with regards to leadership and management interventions and will support the creation and maintenance of the company succession plan.
We are looking for someone who can:
* Manage and develop the learning and development function and partner with the people service delivery team to ensure a quality service is offered.
* Positively encourage development and motivation within the teams.
* Support the CPO and wider business on talent identification and enable effective development solutions to improve and enhance colleagues' skills and competencies.
* Lead and deliver career development pathways, enabling development opportunities, and mentorship programs to retain top talent and improve employee engagement.
* Design, develop and deliver the implementation of the CHEC Academy.
* Build effective and engaging educational programs for all key groups.
* Ensure curriculum alignment with relevant standards and educational best practices.
* Regularly review and update curriculum to meet changing educational needs.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including universities, professional bodies, community organisations, and educational partners.
* Represent the company in educational forums and community events.
* Seek opportunities for collaboration and partnerships to enhance development offerings.
