Our client is a coaching hotel located on Weymouth seafront, offering seaside holidays for coach parties and groups. The role is 40 hours per week with no late nights, so offers a great work / life balance for the successful Head Chef.

What’s involved?
As a Head Chef, you will manage a team of 4, delivering approx. 120 covers every day for breakfast and dinner. The hotel offers a set menu, with fixed service times, so you won’t be required to cook to order.
Shift timings are split shifts – usually 07:00-10:30 then 15:30-20:00.
