**Job Summary:**
As a Board Secretary, you will provide administrative support to our Board of Directors, ensuring the smooth operation of our governance processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide secretarial services to the Board, including preparing and distributing meeting papers, taking minutes, and maintaining accurate records
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and governance standards
* Develop and implement effective governance processes and procedures
* Provide administrative support to the Board Chair and other members of the Board
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a research or academic institution
* Strong knowledge of governance principles and practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
