Opus People Solutions are seeking a Technical Administrator in Ipswich to support a local manufacturer.
Our client has a tailored onboarding service that allows you to quickly get to grips with the business, offering abundant training and development opportunities.
This company offers hybrid working after successful completion of the probationary period (min. of 3 days in the office, up to 2 days at home).
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Provide Administrative support within the department as the business demands.
2. Liaise with clients, Area Technical Managers, and Site Technicians.
3. Help with the administration of live project documents and notifications.
4. Review, process and produce project documents including inspection reports & guarantees.
The ideal candidate will be technically minded, possess proven and extensive IT skills, with experience in working within a similar administration role, responsible for the co-ordination of quality control, checking and project administration within a fast-paced environment.
