You will play a pivotal role in developing family support interventions for children under statutory plans. What you will do: Lead family support interventions for children on statutory plans such as Child in Need and Child Protection. Collaborate with Social Workers to ensure effective service delivery. Develop and lead parenting programmes and interventions for families, including those affected by domestic abuse. Hold a caseload that includes co-working on child protection and care proceedings. Conduct Return Home Interviews and develop personalized support packages for young people. Participate in multi-agency meetings, representing the child and family to identify appropriate support. Maintain accurate case records and complete assessments that are translated into SMART plans. Deliver groupwork and outreach programmes addressing risk behaviours and promoting engagement. Advocate for children and their families, referring them to appropriate services as needed. Promote a diverse and multicultural service ethos across all facets of the role.
