Vibrant is a high volume, transactional business, currently performing over 500 transactions per day across the whole of the UK, through use of its home-based Property Partner network. Job Description The Recruitment Administrator (RA) plays a pivotal role in the talent acquisition process for Vibrant. They are responsible for ensuring a clear and smooth recruitment journey for all candidates to various roles across the business. Vibrant is undertaking a major drive to simplify process and expand the reach of its recruitment capability with the main aim of strengthening its Property Partner network. There will also be responsibility for managing recruitment drives for office-based positions. A successful and impactful RA will be detail focussed, comfortable with systems, highly organised and a clear and confident communicator (both verbal and written). Whilst a part time position, this role will be high focus and generate exposure within the business allowing both flexibility and the opportunity to develop. Key Responsibilities Actioning recruitment requirements through the business CRM and other systems to progress candidates through the relevant workflows (employed and panel). Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for the business and ensure a steady pool of candidates is managed and engaged for future needs. Report on recruitment successes and highlight areas of concern and options to overcome barriers to recruitment directly to the department lead. Maintain effective and open working relationships with hiring managers across the business and other stakeholders to understand staffing needs using the businesses target operating model. Creating and reviewing job descriptions held by the business and reviewing these regularly to reflect any business changes and requirements. Develop and maintain knowledge across the recruitment industry with trends and new thinking including knowledge of recruitment best practices, acknowledging unconscious bias, knowing the market interest in roles, driving the business reputation on social media and assisting in making the business an attractive place to work. Confident and quickly proficient with new systems Desirable Experience in a recruitment role – ideally in a high volume/churn environment Experience with Hubspot (CRM Software) Benefits Salary Banding – £25,000 Full Time Equivalent (40 Hours per week).
