EQUANS is recruiting for a Wekend Catering Assistant to be based at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, EH16 4SA. This is a 12 month, Fixed term role working 15 hours per week. On offer is salary of £9,.40 and benefits package.
2 week Shift Pattern: Saturday and Sunday:
week 1: 6:30am - 14:30pm,
week 2: 12.00 - 8pm
This role includes a DS Basic check therefore ability to pass is essential
What will you deliver?
1. To provide and maintain food & beverage services to customers, and to assist in all general duties including food preparation and cleaning.
2. To assist with all aspects of food preparation and presentation in accordance with current food legislation.
3. To prepare and serve food as directed by the Catering Services Manager and Assistant Catering Services Manager.
4. To assist the Catering Manager and Assistant Catering Services Manager with the day to day running of the site, and carry out general catering duties as directed by the Management team.
