Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. At least 3 years of experience teaching in SEN schools, with a focus on SLD and/or Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD). Confidence and experience working with SLD, even if your primary background is in MLD. A commitment to providing personal care when needed. A valid DBS registered on the Update Service is mandatory. Key Responsibilities: As an SEN Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver creative, multi-sensory lessons tailored to students with SLD. Use innovative strategies to meet the individual needs of pupils.
