The Global Learning & Development Strategic Partnership Management team is seeking a Contingent Worker at Manager Level. The Global L&D Strategic Partnerships Manager will support the Global L&D Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships in executing key initiatives, maintaining high-impact relationships, and driving operational efficiency. This role focuses on providing organizational and project management support for vendor management workstreams, enhancing alignment with the Learning & Development (L&D) lifecycle, streamlining communication and tools, and improving the value of internal and vendor assessments. The Manager will play a role in ensuring seamless collaboration, optimizing vendor relationships, and enhancing L&D capabilities.
The Global L&D Strategic Partnerships Manager reports to the Global L&D Senior Manager within the Global Learning Operations team. Works within team and with L&D stakeholders and procurement to deliver optimal vendor management approaches and deliver on projects.
• Project management, change management and planning of multiple vendor management workstreams, executing on delivery of vendor management operational improvement initiatives
• Support the L&D Stakeholders to manage and maintain vendor contracts in collaboration with procurement and legal
• Assist the L&D function regarding defined vendor management processes and guide them through quick-reference-guides and established support networks
• Support production of our regular business reviews with vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize value and service levels delivered
• Support the L&D functions and Procurement to adopt the current and future state complete buying process: new vendor searches, vendor evaluation, benchmarking and supporting negotiations
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in delivery of the vendor management Centre of Excellence (CoE) roadmap for CoE activities.
• Develop a comprehensive view of how vendors’ offerings align with the L&D lifecycle in collaboration with Learning Journey Owners.
• Leverage knowledge of the learning journey to provide proactive vendor
suggestions and identify gaps requiring skilled vendor engagement.
• Partner with internal teams to leverage existing AI and automation tools to improve communications, process and resource management.
• Maintain user-friendly, templatized processes for contract management and support the maintenance and improvement of tools like CustomGPT by incorporating vendor semi-annual business reviews (SABRs) and database updates.
• Continuously improve internal SABRs by engaging Relationship Owners in advance of sessions and collaborating with Analytics and L&D leadership to gather feedback and input about vendors
• Create "Light-SABR" assessments for select Tier 2 vendors and facilitate vendor-side feedback processes for Tier 1 vendor SABRs.
• Support communication and alignment between internal stakeholders and Tier 1 vendors to optimize service levels and ensure alignment with the firm’s vision for vendor quality and cost management.
• Provide support for the adoption of vendor management processes, including vendor searches, evaluations, benchmarking, and negotiations.
• Assist in defining and implementing systems and processes for vendor data management (contracts, costs, and qualitative data).
• Contribute to configuring and organizing the vendor portfolio, including categorization, tiering, and defining approval workflows.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in vendor management, project support, or related fields.
• Strong organizational, data management, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with contract management and negotiation strategies.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience working with AI and automation tools to streamline processes.
• Proven ability to support multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborate closely with the Global L&D team, Analytics, Procurement, and other internal stakeholders across regions and functions. The role requires regular communication with vendors and alignment with finance and legal teams to maintain operational excellence.
