PositionSummary
The successful candidatewill have the opportunity to contribute to the schools thrivingComputer Science department and inspire the next generation oftechsavvy innovators. The roleentails:
* Designing and deliveringengaging and rigorous Computer Science lessons aligned with thenational curriculum and schools educational goals across Key Stages3 and 4.
* Fostering a passion for technology andcomputational thinking in students equipping them with essentialskills for the future.
* Assessing studentprogress providing constructive feedback and implementingpersonalized learning strategies to maximize individualpotential.
* Collaborating with colleagues withinthe department and wider school community to develop and enhancethe Computer Science curriculum and extracurricularactivities.
Qualifications&Experience:
* Bachelorsdegree or higher in Computer Science Information Technology or arelated field.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)or equivalent teaching certification.
* Provenexperience teaching Computer Science at the secondary level ideallyacross Key Stages 3 and4.
IdealCandidate:
* Passionateabout Computer Science and its realworld applications with a strongcommitment to student success.
* Possessesexcellent communication interpersonal and organizationalskills.
* Ability to work collaboratively andindependently demonstrating initiative andadaptability.
