We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Temporary Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently. Provide information and assistance to customers, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel as needed. Manage dealership inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and mail handling. Collaborate with team members to support various dealership activities and events. Requirements: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Professional demeanor with a positive attitude. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of automotive industry terminology and procedures is a plus.
