Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of anatomy and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care. Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status, including physical examinations and medical histories. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans based on patients' needs and preferences. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians while monitoring patients for side effects or adverse reactions. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and continuity of services. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety within the healthcare setting. Requirements Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). 6 Months work experience within UK NHS standards essential. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to nursing practice. Proven experience in providing high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with nursing best practices.
