Job Title: Change Analyst Location: Glasgow (100% office-based) Start Date: 15 April 2025 Contract Duration: 6 months Rate: Inside IR35 - flexible About the Role: We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Change Analyst to support the successful delivery of a major digital transformation programme. This role focuses on the people side of changeensuring that new systems, tools, and ways of working are effectively communicated, adopted, and embedded across the organisation. Youll collaborate closely with the IT Change Manager and cross-functional teams to create communication materials, support training delivery, and analyse change impacts. Key Responsibilities: Analyse and identify change impacts, communication needs, and training requirements. Design, develop, and distribute communication and learning materials, including emails, presentations, infographics, and short videos. Manage content on internal microsites and ensure accessibility of all change resources. Coordinate in-person and virtual change events, including roadshows and workshops. Track attendance, capture feedback, and summarise outcomes from change sessions. Assist with training logistics, user tracking, and evaluation reporting. Build and maintain strong working relationships across IT and business teams. Support the measurement of change effectiveness through surveys and feedback mechanisms. Required Skills & Experience: Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Stream, Viva Engage, and Yammer. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Skilled in creating visuals, infographics, and basic video guides. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. Experience working on large-scale IT change projects (minimum 2 years). Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies. Working knowledge of change management frameworks such as Prosci or Kotter is a plus. Experience using communication platforms like Poppulo is desirable.
