Job: Customer Delivery Coordinator
Location: West Byfleet, KT14
Salary: Up to £27.5k per annum
Type: Permanent / full time office based
The Customer Delivery Coordinators are responsible for ensuring the successful outcome of fast feedback and gathering insight from families, taking ownership of outstanding actions, and seeing them through to completion by raising additional orders, liaising with operational teams, and confirming families are satisfied with the outcome.
Responsibilities:
1. Input data into 'fast feedback' form in a consistent way, using the prescribed methodology
2. Highlight any behavioural trends immediately
3. Track and progress any follow-on work, keeping families updated through to works completion
4. Suggest ideas for continuous improvement of service
5. Provide wrap around care to our service families and follow through to completion
6. Contact 100% of complaints
7. Manage escalations and fast feedback
8. Take calls from internal customers and provide a resolution
9. Generate reports
10. Other ad-hoc duties
Although you will be responsible for the management of individual cases, this role will see you building relationships within the operational teams within your patch to ensure optimal customer experience and service.
Experience:
1. Experience in housing/repairs or a similar environment
2. Customer contact centre, administration, or back-office support roles
3. Front-line customer experience, speaking directly to customers
4. Ideally knowledge of domestic properties, repairs, or maintenance
5. Proficient at MS Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel essential
