Your typical day could start with arranging a meeting for the Empty Homes team and preparing correspondence for a customer enquiry, followed by creating and printing information packs for an upcoming project. Later, you might support the Planned Kitchen & Bathroom team by updating IT systems with key data or handling purchase orders for goods and services. As an Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of the Maintenance teams, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery to our internal and external customers. You’ll be at the heart of keeping our systems and processes running efficiently, enabling the teams to focus on maintaining our properties to the highest standard. You’re a detail-oriented team player who thrives on organisation and problem-solving. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively across teams and take pride in delivering high-quality service that reflects our values. This role is primarily office-based with some flexibility for remote work. Tech-savvy, with experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Word. Experienced in administrative tasks, such as data entry, mail merges, and meeting coordination.
