We are looking to recruit a Customer Feedback Advisor to assist in the administration of complaints received by the council across all service areas, through effective monitoring, and efficient delivery of the council complaints policy and procedure.
Job Summary:
* Support the management and coordination of customer feedback, including complaints, compliments, MP enquiries and Ombudsman enquiries.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring information is logged and managed efficiently.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely responses and resolutions to customer concerns.
* Assist Customer Feedback Coordinators in identifying trends in feedback to contribute to service improvements.
* Provide administrative support, including preparing reports, booking training courses, and handling correspondence.
Essential Requirements:
* Experience in an administrative or customer service role.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
* Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant IT systems.
* 3 GCSE’s at minimum Grade C, including English Language or equivalent.
