A snapshot of the role:
This is a client facing role where you will be exposed to a varied client portfolio and will play a key role in the delivery of high-profile communications campaigns across multiple markets.
What will you be doing?
* Managing multiple digital work streams across various client accounts
* Developing social media content and assist with content production from concept to execution
* Supporting influencer identification, coordination and management, including conducting research, maintaining databases and coordinating activation logistics in partnership with our influencer experts
* Conducting digital and social media platform and advertising research
* Overseeing digital evaluation and reporting and develop insights
* Preparing for and participate in client meetings, including accurately capturing notes, agenda action items, call recaps, updating trackers, timelines and status documents
* Keeping pace with social media / digital industry trends and developments
Who are you?
* Previous experience in a similar role at intermediate level
* Excellent project digital and social skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Should have experience in at least three specialist areas – social listening, paid social, paid search, display advertising, SEO, organic content creation, influencer management and social/digital strategy development.

Key responsibilities:
* Be an SME on listening tools, oversee organic social reporting and produce it.
* Recommends earned social engagement, content strategies, media outreach opportunities and content creator outreach based on social media insights.
* Produce benchmarking reports across social channels and activations.
* Research content creator opportunities based on demographics, event type, and social channels, and collaborates with the Creator Lead on recommendations for outreach.
* Presents data in an engaging way to internal stakeholders to help inform a strong earned social strategy.
* Ensure our social reporting tools are best-in-class and stay up to date on social reporting capabilities in the marketplace.
* Takes ownership of the quality of social data and evolving its use in reporting.
* Collaborates with social analysts in other departments.
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, PR, communications, analytics, or related field
* 5-7 years of experience as a social analyst, digital researcher, or earned media analyst
* Strong analytical skills and an appetite for curiosity and confidence in identifying insights
* Ability to manage projects from beginning to end while working collaboratively with other team members
* Comfortable with Microsoft Office Tools with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
* Proficiency writing Boolean and/or using a social software tool (ex. Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprinklr)
* Excellent written and strong presentation skills
* Ability to find meaning in data and to visualize data effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with influencer measurement
* Strong data visualization skills and experiencing using Power BI or Tableau
* Automotive or technology PR industry experience
* Crisis reporting experience

California/Washing Salary range: $131,000 – $170,000
Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
