As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting teaching and learning across a range of subjects and year groups. Your responsibilities will include delivering pre-planned lessons, providing one-to-one or small group support for students, and assisting with classroom management and behavior management strategies. Y ou will be contributing to planning and preparing lessons, assessments, and learning resources under the guidance of the teaching staff. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for education, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. The desired HLTA will possess : Have a Level Four qualification or higher as a Teaching Assistant. Have experience working with Children or young adults who have additional needs. A DBS Check, or readiness to undergo a DBS check. You must be comfortable with personal care. Behaviour Management skills. You should be resilient and passionate about education.
