Band 3 Health Care Support Worker – Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team

Our Service is part of the Crisis Care Centre, at Harplands Hospital, Stoke-on-Trent which has been designed to the highest level of specification. This modern purpose designed unit is the central point for all those in need of a Crisis Assessment/Intervention.
To provide support, and spend therapeutic time with an allocated group of service users.
1. To promote and support the physical health, comfort, wellbeing and recovery of service-users, and to assist them in re-establishing their place in the community, as appropriate.
2. To assist Registered Professionals in assessments and care planning/implementation and evaluation of individualized care plans.
3. To provide support and day-to-day supervision to junior staff members, demonstrating the Health Care Support Worker role and role modelling good practice.
