About the role
A great opportunity to be part of the Learner Advice Team. We are looking for an enthusiastic professional who will work with current and prospective learners to aid in key areas to help them to progress through their higher education journey, such as administering financial support and undertaking admissions processes. The role involves reception and switchboard cover, liaising with visitors, parents and carers and members of the community. The post-holder will work closely with curriculum teams and support staff across the organisation. This post offers an exciting and rewarding role in supporting learners to progress in their education and career pathways. You may be required to travel to different sites and attend a range of events.
About the person
The successful candidate should possess prior experience working in an office or administrative role with excellent organisational skills. A driving licence would be essential for this role.
