DE&S are looking for talented, motivated, and ambitious university graduates to join our two-year Finance graduate development programme and become our Finance professionals of the future. You’ll rotate through several placements focused around Finance roles across different areas of DE&S that will give you the opportunity to learn about different aspects of Finance. You’ll gain real experience in: • forecasting the future budget • reviewing and creating accruals • providing financial analysis to support decision making • involvement in developing costings for business cases • tracking costs to contracts and ensuring they are recorded correctly • using financial systems Your hands-on experience will be underpinned by MOD and DE&S specific training as well as study towards the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting.
