With a focus on adding value to their farmers’ businesses, they supply variable inputs such as agrochemicals, fertilisers, and seeds, while also buying back their grain. But more than just maximising sales, they prioritise the success of their farming customers’ businesses by taking a whole farm approach.

Responsibilities:
5. Manage the sales of agrochemical products, including developing sales strategies and achieving sales targets.
6. Provide technical support and expertise to customers on the selection, application, and usage of agrochemical products.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
8. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and new products in the agrochemical sector.
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a whole farm approach to serving our customers.
Qualifications:
10. Bachelor’s degree in agronomy, agriculture, or related field.
11. Proven experience in agrochemical sales and technical support.
12. Strong knowledge of agrochemical products, application techniques, and regulatory requirements.
13. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
14. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
15. A passion for agriculture and a commitment to helping farmers succeed.
