* Build strong connections with local businesses and organizations
* Engage the community with exciting fundraising events
* Generate new services based on community feedback
* Collaborate with Public Health, Medway Council, and other key funders
* Promote a fundraising culture within the community
* Identify market gaps and develop independent organisations under the organisation's umbrella
