We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their dynamic team and support pupils across all key stages. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support to pupils across all key stages.
* Cover classes in the absence of class teacher.
* Supporting and engaging with pupils with learning on a 1:1 and small group basis.
* Work alongside the class teacher with various tasks and day preparation.
* Perform general administrative tasks.
* Passionately deliver the best education experience for children.
Requirements:
* HLTA qualification.
* Enthusiasm and passion for education.
* Experience working with children and young people.
* Ability to manage challenging behaviour.
* Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
* GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English.
* Ability to speak Welsh (preferred, not essential).
