A global technical construction company is seeking a dedicated EHS Advisor to uphold clients’ high standards of health and safety across projects. Reporting to the EHS Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing safety management systems and promoting a positive safety culture throughout the organization.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct site safety audits and inspections to identify hazards.
* Advise on corrective actions for non-compliance.
* Support toolbox talks and safety training for workers.
* Assist with incident investigations and reporting.
* Ensure compliance with UK regulations.
Requirements:
* NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.
* Proven health and safety experience, ideally in construction.
* Strong knowledge of UK health and safety regulations.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Willingness to travel onsite daily - 70% field work, 30% office.
