This luxurious and charming 2AA Rosette Country House Hotel set within beautiful grounds is looking for an experienced and hardworking Chef de Partie with creativity and an eye for detail to join their kitchen team.

The successful Chef de Partie candidate will be joining a kitchen team of talented chefs who create a great workplace and environment for staff which includes many benefits.
As Chef de Partie, you will need to be up to date with all cooking and presentation techniques and prepare fresh local food for our guests and customers.
Live-in available + Free use of Hotel Gym and Pool.
You will also be supporting the talented and well-respected Exec Chef and senior team, taking the lead within the kitchen and your section, mentoring and inspiring junior members of the team. You must have experience with pressure in a busy high-end restaurant and be accomplished at preparing and presenting dishes using fresh local ingredients.
Requirements & Experience required for this Chef de Partie position:
1. Experience of cooking fresh dishes in a Rosette property
2. Eager to learn and develop
3. Excellent communication skills with colleagues and guests
4. Ability to remain calm and focused during busy service
5. Experience in leading a section
6. Strong team player
