Are you an experienced administrator with excellent communication, organisational and diary management skills? Do you enjoy supporting projects, organising events and training, and promoting activities via blogs and social media posts? If you are an excellent administrator who wants a varied and interesting role with the opportunity to support various IT-related projects, this GOETEC Administrator Coordinator role may be just right for you.
The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive administrative support and thereby enable the smooth running of Consortium day-to-day activities and the execution of GOETEC’s strategic plans.
As a GOETEC Administrator Coordinator you can expect to:
* Be the first point of contact for GOETEC Consortium and have an awareness of all aspects of GOETEC’s work and obligations to our members.
* Support the Partnership Manager by carrying out efficient diary management and planning of the annual calendar of activities and providing proactive project support.
* Organise regular and special events and promote GOETEC’s activities to members and the wider stakeholder community via a range of channels.
* Work to an appropriately high standard when liaising with the senior leaders across GOETEC member and partner institutions on behalf of the Consortium, using excellent communication skills.
* Be a friendly and proactive team player who is able to work with minimal supervision.
What will you bring to the role:
* Educated to A Level or equivalent experience.
* Strong IT skills, comfortable with technology and willing to learn.
* Experience using MS365, including all standard MS Office apps, SharePoint, Forms, and Teams.
* Experience planning events and supporting projects.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to proactively implement processes to ensure work is effective and efficient.
