Job Description
The key responsibilities of a Part-time Office Support Coordinator candidate will include, but may not be limited to:
* Follow up with vendors to ensure a timely service delivery
* Update records of all maintenance activities
* Provide essential administrative support for an office move
* Prepare and organise project documents
* Track project timelines and maintain correspondence with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders
* Manage calendars and schedule meetings with stakeholders
* Coordinate site visits and inspections
* Assist in Health and Safety management across both sites
The Successful Applicant
A successful Part-time Office Support Coordinator should have:
* A keen interest in providing excellent customer service
* Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive attitude and the ability to multitask
* Background in Health and Safety desirable
* Competence in using MS Office applications
* A positive and friendly demeanour
* Ability to commute to Irlam and Warrington
* Must have access to their own vehicle
