As a TechnicalSupport Technician, you will be instrumental in developing andexecuting a national improvement plan aimed at enhancing first-timefix (FTF) rates and reducing repeat callincidents.
This is job is to cover the south ofEngland, the successful candidate must be willing totravel.
Working closely with the ReliabilityEngineer, you will analyse performance data, identify areas forimprovement, and collaborate with engineering teams to boosttechnical skills and service delivery.
Your rolewill be pivotal in driving operational excellence and enhancing thecustomer experience.
JobResponsibilities:
* Assistin identifying and targeting underperforming assets to improvefirst-time fix (FTF) and reduce repeatcalls.
* Provide detailed reports on productissues and trends, and develop standard technical reportingformats.
* Contribute to establishing a reviewand prioritisation process by analysing trends and customer data tocreate a focused improvement plan.
* Develop anddeliver technical training programs and create supportdocumentation to address skill gaps and product-specific issues inthe engineering and field managementteams.
* Collaborate with technical teams toadjust maintenance methodologies and implement solutions thatimprove operational performance andreliability.
* Monitor and report on performanceimprovements, provide proactive solutions to technical challenges,and coach engineering teams to ensure high levels of customerservice
JobRequirements:
* Provensuccess in providing technical analysis and support within the liftindustry, with experience in managing and delivering technicaltraining programs.
* Strong ability to leadtechnical improvement initiatives, with clear goal-setting,reporting, and progress measurement.
* Skilled incoaching and motivating teams to deliver high-quality technicalservice and customer satisfaction.
* Professionalor technical qualifications required; NVQ 4 in LiftEngineering
* Willingness totravel
