Salary Range: £34,712 - £37,634 per annum.

Established in 1984, Ruskin Mill Trust is an educational charity that operates in England, Scotland and Wales. We offer exciting outdoor learning environments, utilising practical land and craft activities to support the development of work and life skills in young people with autistic spectrum conditions and other learning differences. Our research-led method, Practical Skills Therapeutic Education, is inspired by the work of Rudolf Steiner, John Ruskin and William Morris. We are looking to recruit for an exciting multi-tasking role that provides executive support within all Administration areas to the Co-CEO of Ruskin Mill Trust, this role will include acting as the Clerk to Trustees of Schools.
The post holder will contribute to the whole life of the Trust and the Ruskin Mill Trust Civil Service, always remembering that the core purpose is to provide exceptional service and support to enable others to improve the education and lives of our pupils, students and adults. The post holder will be expected to embrace, articulate and work with the Trust’s objectives, vision, values, purpose and method.
In this role, you will carry out your duties across all premises within the Trust as appropriate, and at such other places as the Trust may reasonably require. A flexible approach to work is essential.
Executive Assistant will be expected to:
* Provide administrative and business support to the Co-CEO.
* Support the Co-CEO by setting up meetings (virtual and physical), booking rooms and facilities, collating and sending papers.
* Attend Board meetings as minute-taker, taking and circulating minutes and tracking the progress of agreed action points.
* Assist the Co-CEO with diary management and travel arrangements.
* Keep up to date with any changes to relevant regulations and updating policies.
* Assist the Co-CEO with the preparation of presentations and reports.
* Manage the email inbox and correspondence of the Co-CEO.
* Provide office administration and facilities management.
