With the responsibility for collection of approximately £1 billion of business rates, council tax and business improvement district levies, this is an exciting opportunity to join the Revenues team and make a significant contribution to the service.
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Revenues Officers who will work as part of a new internal enforcement team dealing with the collection of outstanding council tax, business rates, business improvement levies, and supporting our internal Enforcement Agents.
The role will be predominantly recovery-based with a focus on maximising income and negotiating payment arrangements.
Along with strong customer service skills, ideally, applicants will need to demonstrate experience in debt recovery.
