The Role
We are looking for a chef de partie who will set up one of the sections in the kitchen, prep your fridge for service, and ensure your area is ready. You will also write the prep list for the next day. This role involves using fresh food and includes all standard chef de partie duties.
Experience
For this chef de partie role, we are looking for someone with a fresh food background and good knife skills. Experience with meats and a passion for using Norfolk produce is essential. Due to the location, own transport will be required.
