We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Consultant to join our team.
As a Paid Media Consultant, your role will be to create and manage paid media campaigns across a range of channels, clients, and industries. You will have a clear understanding of the market and deliver innovation and share insight across your clients and the agency.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Creating and managing highly effective marketing campaigns
2. Managing Paid Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Social campaigns
3. Exceeding your client’s goals
4. Outputting a high quality of work for your accounts, ensuring that it conforms to Fountain’s best practice
5. Delivering exceptional client services and account management through clear and concise communication and insightful updates within appropriate timescales
6. Continually reviewing and implementing changes to tactics based on current performance and impact on campaign goals & KPIs
7. Accurately forecasting potential delivery and ROI for new and existing clients
8. Challenge and interrogate briefs, ensuring delivery is of the highest standard, on time and in line with agency values.
9. Work alongside our other core services (SEO, Digital PR, and CRO) to optimise results for clients at all stages of the marketing funnel
Our ideal candidate will have:
1. Extensive experience in managing Paid Search, Display, Video, and Social media campaigns, with significant budgets
2. Experience in using Google, Microsoft Ads, Meta, Google 360 Suite, and GA4
3. Highly capable of working across multiple clients (and industries) at a given time
4. Experience in managing client communications
5. Ability to understand, follow, and devise processes
6. Analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to identify issues and proactively solve
7. Work under pressure and to short deadlines
8. Confident to work as part of a team or independently
9. Ninja level skills in Excel, Google Sheets, Data Studio, Supermetrics, etc.
10. Highly effective communication and presentation skills
11. Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
12. Ability to manage multiple accounts with differing goals and KPIs
13. A natural instinct to think about the client’s experience of working with us
14. An attitude of continuous learning

This role can be remote, hybrid-remote, or fully office-based, depending on your preferences. If remote, please note that we do require it to be UK based, and willingness to occasionally travel to meet clients and colleagues is required.
