We're looking for a driven, talented, food-loving, charismatic, and awesome Catering Manager to join our team and run one of our most prestigious B&I client contracts.
Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime
Based in West London on an award-winning business park, our client is an international household name, with beautiful brand new offices. We're looking for a Catering Manager to oversee the staff café/coffee bar, hospitality, and events service at this fantastic site.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead a team of 6 on-site, with the support of our central kitchen and HQ.
2. Deliver fantastic food to our customers and ensure efficient contract management for our client.
3. Implement standards, drive innovation, and lead the team.
4. P&L accountable; create and operate within budgets.
5. Prepare weekly and monthly management reports.
6. Develop our product and exceed customer expectations.
Suited to an agile operations expert with a background in B&I contract catering and a knowledge and love of the London food scene. This is a client-facing role, so strong interpersonal and commercial skills are a must as you'll be visible to clients day-in-day-out and financially accountable for the contract.
Minimum Requirements:
1. A minimum of 2 years proven, successful experience as a GM or Deputy GM in the B&I contract catering sector.
2. Demonstrable experience of managing and motivating a high-performing team.
