Sales Administrator - Leigh We are recruiting a Sales Administrator. This is a varied role, we are looking for candidates who have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail and ability to multi task. This is a new opportunity supporting one of our key clients in Leigh. About the Role To expansion in the sales team we are hiring a Sales Administrator. Working full time Monday to Thursday 9am -5 pm, 4pm Finish Friday. You'll play a key part in supporting the companies busy sales team across the UK and Export Markets. Key Responsibilities Providing administrative support to the sales team Answering incoming calls and handling enquiries Managing stock levels to meet the needs of the order book Processing orders Scheduling samples and managing samples for the Sales Executives Working closely with the sales team on a daily basis What We’re Looking For Previous sales admin experience Excellent communicator with a pro-active approach Excellent written and verbal communication skills IT literate, word, excel & outlook Able to plan and work to deadlines A friendly and approachable personality with strong customer service skills Team player Ability to work both independently and as part of a team What’s in It for You?
