POSITION: 1x 37hrs Permanent Manager
LOCATION: Ballyoan House, Derry-Londonderry
Ballyoan House is a supported living accommodation giving care and support for 16 adults with mental health issues. It is situated centrally within Limavady. Ballyoan House provides 24-hour staff support services, 365 days a year, supporting tenants to develop skills and get involved in day-to-day decision making.
Essential Criteria
1. A first level registered nurse on the appropriate part of the NMC register or a professional Social Work qualification and registered with NISCC.
2. A minimum of four years of work experience in any health or social care setting working with vulnerable adults.
3. Two years of previous management experience including staff management, financial management, and administration.
4. Or a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services and registered or willing to register with NISCC.

This is a regulated post and will be subject to a satisfactory Access NI check. All successful applicants will also be required to provide documentary evidence of their right to work in the UK.
