We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager ideally with a network of HCP (Healthcare Professional), nutritional therapists, naturopaths, and other functional medicine practitioner contacts to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a experience and training in nutritional therapy, be an excellent relationship-builder, and have a desire to maximise their business development skills.
o Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities within the Integrative Functional Medicine (IFM) sector.
o Utilise your existing HCP and functional medicine practitioner network to generate leads and drive sales.
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
o Create and implement strategic business development plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
o Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and account management for new customers.
Flexibility for ad-hoc evening/weekend work to support meetings/events is needed.
Experience and Skills Required
· Proven experience and training in nutritional therapy.
· Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
· Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to business development.
· Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider team.
· Full UK driving license (due to regional travel requirements).
The position will also include the following benefits:
· Salary circa £60k basic, OTE £75k+ (uncapped commission)
