Business Development Executive Location: Manchester (Hybrid) Salary: £26K basic, with performance-based incentives increasing to £32K within 12-15 months OTE: £7K-£14K per annum (Uncapped Commission) About the Role Our client is seeking a driven and consultative sales professional to join their dynamic and proactive sales team. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying and closing new business opportunities while developing and maintaining strong client relationships. This role involves a consultative approach to sales, utilizing expertise to qualify leads and convert opportunities with both new and existing customers. Over time, the position will evolve into an account management role, though a significant portion will remain focused on new business development via phone, email, and video conferencing. Key Responsibilities
* Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities
* Provide accurate pipeline sales forecasting
* Develop new customer relationships and expand existing accounts
* Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
* Build strong, long-term client relationships
* Support the team leader in strategic sales initiatives, coaching, and product development
* Deliver excellent customer service and maintain accurate management information systems
* Attend team meetings and share best practices
Training & Hybrid Working For the first six weeks, the candidate will receive face-to-face, hands-on 1-2-1 training at the Manchester office (three days per week). Upon completing training, the role will transition into a hybrid model (two office days per week) once the candidate is confident in product knowledge and achieving targets. Benefits
